Harbor Exam Room

This project involved a full-scale transformation of the existing lobby into a fully functional exam room, requiring significant structural and system upgrades to meet clinical standards. The process began with the installation of a new exterior window, providing natural light to create a bright and welcoming environment suited for patient care. New walls and doors were framed and finished, reshaping the space to provide privacy and optimal functionality for medical examinations.

A critical part of the transformation included relocating and reconfiguring key building systems, including electrical wiring and HVAC ductwork, to ensure efficient operation and compliance with healthcare requirements. This reconfiguration allowed for precise control of the environment within the new exam room, enhancing comfort and safety for both patients and medical staff.

To complete the space, new casework provided by Midmark Corp. was installed, adding essential storage and workspace areas tailored to the needs of the clinic. This detailed transformation turned a once open lobby into a state-of-the-art exam room designed to meet the demands of modern patient care.
