SMARTCAP DC North – Building B

SMARTCAP DC North - Building B consists of a single 68.5K SQ FT. Class A Distribution Center located on 152^nd St. in Marysville, WA.  The building was designed to have 24’ clear height interior ceilings with a 125’ truck court.  Each bay is 54’ wide and 130’ deep and has interior column spacing of 50’ x 54’.  This building was designed to be a pure distribution or last-mile delivery facility and has twenty-two dock doors as well as four grade access doors.  Pivotal Construction built this building simultaneously with SMARTCAP DC North - Building A, providing the developer better economics over two projects and ensuring that both projects are built with the highest degree of quality.
