Pivotal Construction is proud to have successfully completed the Costco LP2 Refresh project, a comprehensive renovation of a three-story office building. This refresh delivered updates and enhancements across key areas, improving both functionality and aesthetics for employees and visitors.

The scope of work included a full renovation of the Mother’s Room, Kitchen Area, Deli, Workspaces, and Conference Rooms. These upgrades created a modern, comfortable, and efficient environment tailored to meet the evolving needs of the team.

Additionally, the project featured the new build-out of a state-of-the-art HR Department and a cutting-edge Conference Center. These thoughtfully designed spaces now support collaboration, productivity, and employee well-being, showcasing high-quality finishes and functional layouts.
