Side Hustle Kirkland was an exciting tenant improvement project located in the heart of Kirkland's vibrant waterfront district. This 7,000-square-foot remodel included a new commercial kitchen, a draft beer system with keg cooler, upgraded underground plumbing, a complete finish refresh, and an enhanced dining experience to support the Co-Op Brewery’s expansion. Pivotal Construction provided design-build services for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression in collaboration with Sue Genty Interior Design, working together to bring this vision to life.
