Funbox

The project consists of an approximately 19,900-square-foot interior tenant improvement involving the renovation of an existing commercial tenant space to accommodate a new FunBox Indoor Entertainment facility.

The scope includes selective demolition, reconfiguration of the interior layout, installation of new walls and finishes, updated lighting, and associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing modifications to support the new occupancy and operational requirements. The renovated space will be transformed into a vibrant indoor entertainment venue featuring FUNBOX, a massive indoor playground with interconnected inflatable play zones designed to provide a continuous, family-friendly recreational experience.

Construction will require careful coordination to efficiently execute demolition, build-out, specialty installations, and system upgrades while maintaining quality, safety, and adherence to the project schedule. Upon completion, the project will deliver a modern, engaging entertainment destination designed to provide an exceptional experience for guests of all ages.
