We’re excited to announce our recent tenant improvement project with Guidelight Health in Everett, WA. This project includes the demolition of existing non-bearing partition walls and ceiling grid along existing lighting and HVAC systems, followed by the construction of new partition walls, ceiling grid, lighting, restrooms, HVAC, and sprinkler systems. Mechanical, electrical, and HVAC permits are deferred and will be design-build by designated subcontractors. No work is proposed to the existing building shell.
