Peak Thermo King (PTK)

We broke ground on PTK’s new state-of-the-art 10,890 SF concrete tilt-up industrial facility, located on a 3.24-acre site in Fife, WA! This new building will house PTK's service and sales operations for fleet refrigeration systems, enhancing their capacity to deliver exceptional service to their clients.

After being awarded the project in August 2023, we immediately kicked off preconstruction, and as of September 2024, we’ve officially started construction. The next steps? Heavy civil work, tilt panel construction, and finishing touches to bring this project to life.
