The Si View Administration Building project, located in North Bend, WA, spans approximately 3,900 square feet and is part of a public works contract for Si View Metropolitan Park District. This comprehensive project involves the construction of a new administrative office building, which includes structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work, ensuring that the facility meets the district's operational needs. In addition to the building itself, the scope of work encompasses extensive site development, including demolition, civil site work, utility installations, frontage improvements, and landscaping, transforming the entire area into a functional and welcoming space.
