SMARTCAP DC North – Building A

SMARTCAP DC North Building A – Building A consists of a single 231.5K SQ FT. Class A Industrial Distribution Center.  The building was designed to have 36’ clear height interior ceilings with a 125’ truck court.  Each bay is 54’ wide by 195’ deep, and has interior column spacing of 50’ x 54’.  This building was designed to be a pure distribution or last-mile delivery facility and has sixty-nine dock doors, four grade access doors, and 90 semi-trailer parking stalls.  Pivotal Construction built this building simultaneously with SMARTCAP DC North - Building B, providing the developer better economics over two projects and ensuring that both projects are built with the highest degree of quality.
