Si View Admin Building

The Si View Administration Building in North Bend, WA, is a completed 3,900-square-foot administrative office building for the Si View Metropolitan Park District. The project included structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work to create a modern and functional space that supports the district’s day-to-day operations.

In addition to the new building, Pivotal Construction completed extensive improvements across the 1.8-acre site, including demolition, civil site work, utility installations, frontage improvements, and landscaping. The completed development provides a functional and welcoming environment for the district and the community it serves.
