We’re thrilled to announce the completion of our latest project in Woodinville, WA—a 74,332 SF ground-up retail store for Floor & Decor!
Despite receiving the building pad seven weeks later than planned and navigating several challenges along the way, our team stayed on track and finished the project on the original contracted schedule—turning what was planned as an 8.5-month build into a remarkable 7-month completion. The project included full ground-up construction with CMU, structural steel roof framing, wood trellises and canopies, and a complete interior buildout.
