The BECU Stanwood project is now complete! This interior tenant improvement transformed two separate suites within an existing commercial building into one cohesive and functional space. The scope included selective demolition, a full renovation, upgraded systems, and all-new interior finishes — creating an efficient layout designed to enhance BECU’s operations and customer experience.
