We are excited to announce the completion of another commercial tenant improvement project for our valued repeat client, BECU, encompassing approximately 3,700 square feet. This project featured a full interior redesign, thoughtfully crafted by architect Jane Clark. The revitalized space boasts a striking multi-tiered suspended ceiling that brings depth and dimension, creating a visually dynamic experience for all visitors.

A key highlight of this build-out is the extensive integration of lighting within the feature walls, enhancing the ambiance and drawing attention to key areas within the branch. This carefully designed lighting not only illuminates but also elevates the overall aesthetic, creating a sophisticated and welcoming atmosphere that aligns seamlessly with BECU’s brand.

The newly transformed branch officially opened on November 12, offering an enhanced experience that reflects BECU’s unique blend of style and functionality for both members and staff.
