Guidelight Health, Everett

We're proud to announce the successful completion of our tenant improvement project for Guidelight Health in Everett, WA.

This project involved the demolition of existing non-bearing partition walls and ceiling grid while preserving the existing building shell. Our team completed the construction of new partition walls, ceiling systems, lighting, restrooms, HVAC, and sprinkler systems, transforming the space to support Guidelight Health's operational needs and patient experience goals.

Working closely with our design-build mechanical, electrical, and HVAC partners, we delivered a modern, functional healthcare environment while maintaining a strong focus on quality, safety, and schedule performance.
