We’re excited to celebrate the completion of our recent tenant improvement project with Guidelight Health in Federal Way, WA!
This project included the demolition of existing non-bearing partition walls, ceiling systems, lighting, and HVAC, followed by the construction of new partitions, ceilings, lighting, restrooms, HVAC, and sprinkler systems. The existing building shell was maintained while the interior was transformed into a fresh, functional space for the Guidelight Health team.
We’re proud to see this project across the finish line and bring another Guidelight Health space to life!
