Transformed an existing home in Snohomish County into a treatment center for teens in need by upgrading the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for enhanced safety. We installed a new water line from the street, allowing us to add a full sprinkler system across both buildings.
Our work included a new kitchen, a gym and workout room, and complete restroom upgrades to meet ADA and treatment compliance standards.
