Phase 1: The first phase focused on transforming the bathing suite to address both aesthetic and functional needs. The existing FRP and trim were carefully removed, followed by the replacement of moldy drywall with high-quality green board, which is more resistant to moisture. After the new drywall was installed, the walls were primed and painted to provide a clean, fresh look. The next step involved sealing the new drywall and installing fresh FRP panels, along with new trim, to create a durable, hygienic, and visually appealing finish.
Phase 2: This phase involved extensive upgrades across multiple areas of the clinic. In the pharmacy and lab, we began by demolishing the existing casework, FRP, and plumbing fixtures, which were outdated and no longer efficient. The space was then updated with freshly primed and painted walls, along with new FRP panels and modern Midmark casework, creating a more organized, functional, and visually cohesive environment.
The treatment and surgery suite underwent a significant overhaul as well. We removed the outdated surgery lights and casework, making room for the installation of new, state-of-the-art Midmark casework. Two new tables—wet and dry—were added to the suite to enhance its capability for medical procedures. Additionally, new surgery lights were installed, providing improved lighting for precision during surgeries and procedures.
Lastly, the nurses’ station was completely demoed and replaced, ensuring that staff would have a modern, efficient workspace designed to meet the demanding needs of the clinic.
This multi-phase transformation not only improved the functionality and aesthetic appeal of each area but also upgraded the facility to meet the latest healthcare standards and better serve both staff and patients.
